$20,000 Goal

For 96 years, the California FFA has been transforming students' lives by helping them develop essential skills in leadership, personal growth, and career success through the state's agricultural education program. As an intra-curricular organization, the California FFA engages more than 104,000 members across 360 high school and middle school chapters throughout the state.

In every sector og agriculture, there is a growing need for innovative thinkers, skilled professionas, and entrepeneurs who can tackle today's challenges and seize tomorrow's opportunities. FFA members are prepared to meet this demand, but they need your support.

By contrubuting to the California FFA on Big Day of Giving, you're helping to build a brighter future for agriculture, youth and our communities. After all, shaping a better tomorrow requires expertise from every field!

Mission

Support Agricultural Leadership, Growth and Career Education

The mission of the California FFA Foundation is to promote, aid, and assist, financially or otherwise, California Association Future Farmers of America to ensure the success of Agricultural Education by preparing tomorrow's agricultural leaders, today.

Needs

The Greenhand Leadership Conference is the first step students take in the Leadership Development Continuum. Students dive deep into thinking about who they are, meeting new FFA friends and learning all faucets of what Agricultural Education and FFA can offer. Your Greenhand donation of $42 is the first donation level to increase access for all California FFA members.

The Made for Excellence Conference targets FFA students in their sophomore year of high school, preparing them for life after high school. As a Made for Excellence donor of $110, you become a mid-level donor wanting to reduce costs to students participating in FFA events.

The Advanced Leadership Academy is geared towards high school juniors that prepares them for teamwork in their future career setting. Students will learn the four stages of team development; forming, storming, norming, and performing. Help send a student to Advanced Leadership Academy by sponsoring $105 so that our members are more prepared for their future workplace.

Change Makers Summit helps high school seniors focus on career skills, agricultural issues, and leveraging personal abilities into workplace success. This conference assists students through the transition out of their high school FFA experience. Become a Change Makers Benefactor and a sponsor at $175.

Sacrament Leadership Experience is eligible to high school seniors who have an interest in the role of our government, agricultural policy, and advocacy. Students step into the roles of California's State Legislators and are assigned a specific California district to spend four days on. Help send a student to Sacramento Leadership Experience by sponsoring $350.

Equity Statement

As the California FFA continues to grow in size, so does the diversity of its membership. The California FFA Foundation focuses on diversity, access, equity, and inclusion, as critical considerations for how we support FFA members. For every FFA member, the Foundation's support is rooted in premier leadership, personal growth, and career success. The California FFA Foundation has and will continue to support the FFA as an intentional place for youth with an interest in agriculture while building a culture of belonging.
