We are building opportunities for girls and women to gain valuable on the job experience, give them resources, female mentors and training to have a career in the sports industry. It is extremely hard for women to develop a career in sports because it is an extremely male dominated industry. With our Women In Sports Careers Program we are changing the game for women. These are paid opportunities for girls and women to be trained and gain valuable experience working within a Championship organization.
