(KGS) was founded with the vision where women and girls of color are not only achieving academic and entrepreneurial success but are also trailblazers in their communities, leaders in various fields, and advocates for positive change. By providing resources, support, and guidance, KGS aims to dismantle barriers and create pathways to a brighter, more equitable future.

KGS is dedicated to empowering Women and Girls of color through mentorship, leadership development, and identity-based programming. To expand our reach and provide the necessary resources, we need funding to market, implement and sustain our programs in safe spaces. Many of the women and girls we serve face systemic barriers that limit their access to enrichment programs and supportive networks. With your support, we can provide the tools, guidance, and 'village' they need to explore future pathways in education, career technical training, and entrepreneurship.
Keep Going, Sis! is committed to advancing equity for all Women and Girls of Color (WGoC) by creating inclusive, affirming spaces where they feel seen, heard, and empowered. We recognize the systemic barriers that limit access to leadership, mentorship, and personal development opportunities, and we work to bridge these gaps through intentional programming and community support.
