Sierra College’s Basic Needs Center on the Rocklin Campus provides essential resources, including an expanded Food Pantry, Clothing Closet, and assistance with housing, mental health, and transportation. Hundreds of students visit weekly for groceries and support—help that often determines whether they stay in school or drop out.
Former Foster Youth
Care Packs, funded by generous donations, equip former foster youth with essential items to start the school year strong. These packs serve as a reminder that a supportive community believes in their success.
Serving Those Who Served
Boots to Books helps military veterans transition to college life by offering guidance on academic success, VA benefits, and mental health support. This specialized program ensures veterans have the resources they need to thrive in higher education.
Emergency Grants
This program provides one-time financial assistance for students facing unexpected hardships, helping them cover expenses beyond tuition—such as books, housing, and transportation—so they can stay on track.
Student Assistance Fund Endowment (SAFE)
SAFE helps level the playing field for all Sierra College students by offering financial assistance for food, transportation, housing, and other barriers to success. Any student in good standing can receive customized support to complete their education.
