Spero’s mission is to support women in making life-affirming choices for themselves and their babies, ensuring that choosing life is a possible and empowering path forward. All of our programs and services are always offered free of charge. We do not make referrals for abortion.

Our vision is a thriving life for mother, baby and father.

We support, encourage, and assist a woman in carrying her pregnancy to term and in caring for her baby after birth. We support improved pregnancy outcomes, family stability, and economic self-sufficiency.

As a licensed medical clinic, Spero Medical’s paid licensed nurses and registered ultrasound technicians, with the support and supervision of volunteer doctors, provide a range of medical services to our clients. These services allow Spero Medical to provide information, education and support at the earliest possible time: when a woman first learns she is pregnant and may be considering abortion.

As more and more abortions are being chemically induced using abortion pills, it is essential to provide accurate information, alternatives and support as early as possible. With our state of the art ultrasound machine we are able to share the baby’s heartbeat with the mother, sometimes as early as six weeks of gestation.

Our medical services include:

- Pregnancy testing and decision consultation

- Ultrasound imaging and consultation

- Prenatal health information

- STD testing and treatment

- Abortion Pill Reversal

- Other well woman care

Spero Medical’s vision is to offer medical services in order to reach and connect with women in need. We want to be the kind and compassionate resource that makes the first connection at a point of crisis, but we do not stop there! Our mission is always to minister to the whole woman, including her medical, spiritual, and practical needs. Our client advocates will come alongside to help the client with whatever resources she may need, while emphasizing she is a valuable child of God who is loved. These loving and supportive services include

- Education: Prenatal, Childbirth, Breastfeeding, Infant Care, Parenting, Life Skills, Sexual Integrity, Healthy Boundaries and Self-Esteem

- "Mommy Bucks - Earn While You Learn" program

- Car Seat & Crib programs for qualifying clients

- Parenting education and support services

- "The Quest For Authentic Manhood" - Men's counseling, support, and information

- Post abortion counseling

We also provide accurate information, referral, and assistance in securing additional and necessary resources that enable a woman to carry her pregnancy to term and to care for her baby after birth. These referral services include: prenatal health care, maternity housing, nutrition services, housing assistance, adoption information and referral, and education and employment assistance, including services supporting continuation and completion of high school.

Your generous gift on Big Day of Giving will be used to support programs that give hope to women at a point of crisis, when many voices are actually telling them that there is only one choice. We empower women with information and practical support.
