Our vision is to create opportunities for creative community engagement while inspiring, nurturing, and empowering artists to contribute to a thriving and vibrant regional arts scene.

CHA uses the power of art and arts education to cultivate the next generation of leaders who can inspire social and cultural change.   


Mission

Our mission is to foster creativity, collaboration, and cultural enrichment by supporting and promoting diverse artistic expressions across the region. Through accessible programs, innovative events, and community partnerships, we aim to inspire lifelong learning, strengthen community connections, and celebrate the transformative power of the arts for all.

Needs

To continue fostering creativity, community engagement, and public health through our monthly art workshops and events, Citrus Heights Arts needs:

Fundraiser

- A dedicated individual to develop and execute fundraising strategies, secure sponsorships, and build donor relationships to ensure sustainable funding for programs and events.

Community Partnerships

- Local Businesses: Partnering with local businesses to provide space for events and workshops.

Volunteer Support

- Event Volunteers: To assist with setup, facilitation, and clean-up during monthly events.

- Marketing Assistants: Volunteers to help promote events via social media and community outreach.

Specialized Roles

- Art Instructors: Skilled artists to lead workshops in various mediums (e.g., painting, journaling, crafts).

- Cultural Experts: Individuals with expertise in diverse cultures to help with planning the 2025 cultural parade.

Event and Program Support

- Workshop Facilitators: Leaders for activities like vision boarding, scrap journaling, and other planned programs.

Financial Contributions

- Event Sponsorships: Businesses or individuals interested in sponsoring specific monthly events or programs.
