The Chalk It Up organization supports youth arts programs in the greater Sacramento area, through grants given throughout the year! They put on a wildly popular art and music festival over Labor Day Weekend to create awareness for the organization and the mission, and to raise money to fund the youth arts grants. Over 40,000 people attend the festival and over 300 people volunteer their time and energy to make the festival come to life.
I love this organization, the mission and the festival and it is why I volunteer my time and I donate money to Chalk It Up - all to keep youth arts alive and thriving!
