I’m asking for your help to support Placer Artists Tour. We have a challenge match of $10,000 that DOUBLES your Big Day of Giving donation!
I know you value art and culture, and you’ve enjoyed meeting artists. This Tour is a tradition that enriches our lives and supports a valuable creative community.
Last year we celebrated 30 years of the Tour. Over two weekends last November we presented 83 locations throughout Placer County – featuring 116 visual artists, 17 galleries and art schools, and 20 musicians.
Placer Artists Tour is free for visitors, who come from throughout our region and beyond. They don't just admire the art, they often purchase it. Last year the economic impact to our local economy included $451,000 in direct sales of art and many purchases from local shops and restaurants.
