"Hi, I have been in Hands4hope for three years. I joined Hands4hope in sixth grade to learn leadership skills and make a difference in our community. Two years ago, our club hosted a bingo night for a senior living home and it was so cool to see a bunch of middle schoolers giving their time to help the elderly and volunteer in our community. I have learned how to plan a big project and see it through to the end as well as work together with other leaders and adults. Hands4hope gives many teens an opportunity to learn leadership skills and make a difference in our community. It would mean a lot if could donate and make sure that future teens get the opportunity to volunteer for our community." --Clara Noriega, Folsom Middle School Student

"Hello, As a Board Member for Hands4Hope-Youth Making A Difference, I get a "front row" seat to seeing the benefit to youth participants. I've watched quiet teens become expert public speakers, young eighth graders employ management skills of seasoned working professionals; and all members exhibit a level of compassion that I wish everyone in the world would emulate! Recently, I supervised youth at Sister Nora's shelter for women. I've watched how impactful it is for youth to serve and women in need. There are those precious moments of caring which are so special. My hope is others will see this great work and contribute their time or treasures to Hands4Hope-Youth Making A Difference as I have. If you are in a position to give it will be a wonderful contribution and I will be very grateful for your contribution. --Meredith Wharton, Hands4Hope-Youth Making A Difference Board Member.
