Join us in creating transformative outdoor experiences for BIPOC families through the EGE Foundation’s Annual BIPOC Family & Community Camp Experience. This unique program is more than just a camping trip—it’s a space for healing, connection, and empowerment where families come together to strengthen bonds, explore nature, and build community resilience.
Many BIPOC communities face barriers to accessing outdoor spaces due to systemic inequities. Our camp experience is designed to break those barriers, providing a safe, inclusive environment where families can reconnect with nature, learn new skills, and engage in activities that promote environmental stewardship, cultural celebration, and holistic well-being.
Your donation will help us provide:
Transportation and lodging for families who may not otherwise have access to outdoor experiences
Nutritious meals prepared with cultural relevance and care
Outdoor activities like guided hikes, nature workshops, art projects, and mindfulness sessions
Leadership development opportunities for youth, fostering confidence, environmental awareness, and community pride
Every contribution helps create lasting memories for BIPOC families, nurturing connections to both nature and community. Together, we can ensure that all families, regardless of background, have the opportunity to feel safe, supported, and inspired in the great outdoors.
Help us make this year’s camp experience our most impactful yet. Donate today and be part of a movement that centers equity, community, and the transformative power of nature.
