Since 1992 Folsom Cordova Community Partnership has provided basic needs and educational programs that significantly improve the quality of life for our community. They meet individuals where they are and walk with them as they learn and grow.  

 FCCP is the only comprehensive Family Resource Center in east Sacramento county.
