Help Cassidy raise funds for LLACE <3

Hiii - I'm Cass and I serve on the Board of the Lavender Library and am on the Development Committee :) 

As I reach my one-year anniversary serving on the Board, I feel so much love for this little library. The people who volunteer their time here inspire me, and the community members I meet fill me with joy and offer me new perspectives. It's a truly meaningful space for so many. 

We are constantly being hit with headlines that are downright nauseating. Everything feels so exhausting, I am so tempted to sell everything I own and run away. But that won't help anyone, and I know that won't truly make me feel any better about the state of the world. 

But what does really help is being apart of LLACE. It fills my cup to hear the work being done by fellow board members, volunteers, and partner organizations. Being here with others and pouring energy into the library gives me hope that things will be okay. 

Because we have each other.
