Hi everyone! Thanks for visiting my fundraising page! 

I wholeheartedly believe in what we do at HEC, working alongside underserved communities to lift up their voices, needs, and solutions to improve health and well-being AND to ensure all communities have the resources and opportunities that many of us have been fortunate to have. I'd love for you to join me in this work that I care so deeply about and have made my passion for the past 9 years. 

One highlight from this past year: Dozens of community members have completed our Peers Helping Peers program and have gone on to develop and lead their own support groups centered around art, gardening, books, education, and other creative activities. These projects, developed by community members for community members, have been so successful - people stay hours longer just to chat because of the community and connection that is built. There is so much other great work that our HEC staff are doing that is truly making an impact each day!
