My work with HEC is important to me because of strong community engagement and transformational action with the underserved. We are making positive transformational community differences with the hard to reach, need to be reached and never reached communities where they live, work, play and pray, as "Health Happens Together"!

I haven't had a bad day of work since I started with HEC two and a half years ago. I/we are making a collective & shared impact difference with all kinds of communities, in all kinds of underserved neighborhoods, with all kinds of people whether they've historically been in the U.S. a long time or recently immigrated. I really enjoy contributing to the "cause" in my role as Deputy Director of External Affairs, Partnerships & Workforce Development.

My fundraising goal is at least $1000.
