Mentors & Friends BDOG Fundraiser

Please join us in empowering youth from foster care! Every dollar raised goes directly toward Aging UP's program, offering one-to-one mentoring, positive recreation, life skills education, and hands-on adulting support. 

Since Cohort 1 began in 2018, over 70 people have been trained to become mentors to an Aging UP mentee. Our longest mentor/mentee relationship has been connected for seven years, since the program began!

In honor of this seven-year milestone, we are hoping to raise $7,000 by 700 individuals who can give at least $10. We know it’s a big goal, but we see the benefits of this program firsthand with our mentees! 

These research-based services equip our community's most vulnerable youth to overcome statistics and thrive!

How Your Donation Helps

$25 can cover a life skills stipend 

$50 can fund a Match Welcome Kit 

$75 can send a teen to a group event 

$100 can provide adulting support for 1 month 

$250 can provide emergency financial support for a youth 

$432 can provide a year of meetUPs (recreation + connection) 

$840 can provide a year of UPshops (essential life skills workshops) 

$1,250 can train a new mentor!
