MLK Big Day of Giving 2025

At MLK, our afterschool program—run by the Roberts Family Development Center—is a safe, supportive space where students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Rooted in the Quality Standards for Expanded Learning, our program is led by well-trained, compassionate staff who build strong relationships with students and respond to their needs early on.

We offer engaging enrichment activities like Wellness Wednesday and Sac Youth Works that strengthen collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership. Our mission is to serve youth and families holistically, and we continuously evolve through feedback from the community we serve.
