Emerge Afterschool Group is an early intervention program for girls at Samuel Jackman Middle School that addresses the unique needs of adolescent girls and young women. Emerge encourages young girls to seek and celebrate their “true selves” and includes modules on self, connecting with others, healthy relationships, and the journey ahead as they grow into young women in our community. We want to expand these services to reach more schools in our community, spread awareness, and combat the risk of trafficking with education, connection, and self-love. Every donation goes towards supporting the young girls in the Emerge program.
- $50 will help provide girls with gifts, such as bracelet kits, slime, and beauty accessories
- $100 will help provide empowerment gift baskets to the girls
- $250 will buy two weeks of curriculum for the program
- $500 will help support Empowerment Conferences ($2,000 each)
