Help Kids Experience Railtown and Rail Museums!

I remember visiting and being captivated by the trains at Railtown as a small child -- yes, the above photo is me screaming as the wheels began turning and the whistle blew. As an adult, I look back and realize how special these times were with my mom.

Rail helped to build California as we know it, but I want to focus on what the Sacramento Rail Museum and Railtown mean for families like mine -- wholesome, real, educational time to spend with each other. Unfortunately, not all people are able to afford these excursions.

I'm trying to raise $5,000 to assist with providing scholarships for rides and transportation through the California State Railroad Museum Foundation so we can keep extending these experiences to all families this coming year. Please support my campaign!
