As a small, grassroots nonprofit in Sacramento, we are powered by just 13 dedicated staff members and a team of passionate trainees and volunteers. We provide life-saving mental health services, healthcare navigation, harm reduction services, and community education.

Thanks to your support during past fundraisers and support, we've grown our staff, expanded our services to include hosted electrolysis services, cultural programs through our Haus of Hormones, trans-centered mobile harm reduction, and home delivery of gender affirming supplies for people in Sacramento County!
