Support Camp Inspire

This summer, a groundbreaking experience is coming to life for children with unique needs. In collaboration with Meristem, UCP of Sacramento and Northern California is proud to announce the launch of Camp Inspire, a week-long day camp designed to provide an inclusive and inspiring environment for kids aged 7 to 17.

For families navigating the challenges of finding summer programs that offer adaptable accommodations, this camp is a game-changer. Traditional camps often fill up in minutes, with limited or no space for children who require extra support. Camp Inspire aims to change that narrative.

Running from 9 AM to 5 PM over five exciting days, the camp offers a vibrant lineup of themed activities:

• Art Day: A splash of creativity and self-expression.
• Sports Day: Fun and movement for all abilities.
• Nature Day: Exploring the great outdoors with wonder.
• Science Day: Hands-on experiments and discovery.
• Dance & Music Day: Celebrating health and joy through rhythm.
   

Hosted on the beautiful campus of Meristem, this camp is more than just a place for fun. It’s a partnership between UCP and Meristem that brings together expert teachers, exciting projects, and even a unique opportunity for Meristem students to shine. Meristem students will step into leadership roles as Camp Counselors, with stipends provided to recognize their contributions and talent.

Camp Inspire isn’t just an event; it’s a movement to redefine inclusion and create unforgettable memories for every child who attends.
