Big Giving Day is here. 

As you know, my work is in mental health. I am passionate about mental health as I know how difficult it is to deal with a mental illness. Prevention and support for those in need is critical. We are committed to providing free mental health resources, education, and support to all in order to keep our families and communities healthy, especially the most vulnerable communities like immigrants, low-income, and African Americans who might not be able to afford to pay a counselor, therapist or medication. What motivates me to continue this journey is knowing I can be a little light in the darkest times of a person and bring hope to them. Could you help me continue with this journey?
