The Best Art Gallery in Davis

As a volunteer and Board member of the Pence Gallery in Davis, I’m excited to support and celebrate the arts in our wonderful community. The Pence's value statement is "Building Community Through the Arts." After retiring into the Pandemic I was fortunate to create many connections by getting involved in classes and volunteering at the Pence. The vibrancy of this community struck me at our recent Davis Area Studio Tour, where I encountered Pence friends at each venue I visited.  I truly believe in the gallery's mission to spark creativity, connect with diverse audiences, showcase the amazing talents of local artists, and provide educational opportunities for people of all ages. Your donation will help the Pence to increase access to the Art in Action program for kids, as well as to improve the safety of visitors and staff by upgrading the front doors with an automatic lock feature and installing an ADA-compliant access button.
