Welcome to the South Central Sacramento Community Garden Initiative, where we cultivate more than just plants—we grow futures across all of Sacramento, from Rancho Cordova, Rosemont, Del Paso, to the River City District, North Highlands and South Sacramento. Our initiative is dedicated to nurturing community strength through accessible and inclusive gardening programs that connect with every corner of our city.

From the youngest children, who discover the world through sensory play in our gardens, to teenagers who cultivate leadership and entrepreneurial skills, our programs are designed to support growth at every stage of life. We also provide therapeutic and recreational spaces tailored for veterans and individuals with disabilities, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their physical abilities or financial circumstances, can benefit from and enjoy our community gardens.

Our gardens are vibrant hubs for environmental stewardship, economic development, and community engagement. They are places where all ages and backgrounds can unite to fight food insecurity and foster a shared love for the Earth.

Join us in sowing seeds of inclusivity and sustainability. Your support helps us expand our reach and deepen our impact through community-based programming and projects. Donate today and help us cultivate a healthier, more connected Sacramento.
